Terms & Conditions

In effect 24 June 2026 · v1.0

These Terms govern your use of Identity Academy's website, programmes, app, and coaching services provided by David Collett, trading as Identity Academy (ABN 30 647 287 711). Contact info@identityacademy.com.au. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Services are intended for adults choosing to undertake personal identity development.

2. What we provide

Identity coaching — education, the Identity Blueprint, a defined desired self and roadmap, coaching with James (AI coach) and David, group sessions, and a library of trainings, as described on our website at the time of purchase. Features are delivered as they exist; we don't promise features that aren't built.

3. What coaching is — and is not

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care, and is not a substitute for them. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome — your progress depends on you.

4. Your responsibilities

Engage honestly, do the work, and seek appropriate professional help for medical, psychological, legal or financial matters. You are responsible for decisions you make. If you are in crisis, contact 000 or Lifeline 13 11 14.

5. Payments, refunds & cancellation

Programme fees, founding rates, and payment options (in full, or three monthly payments) are as set out at purchase. Membership A$100/month continues after the included period.

6. Intellectual property

All programme materials, manuals, frameworks and content are owned by Identity Academy and licensed to you for your personal use only. Your own Blueprint content and personal data are yours. Don't copy, resell, or distribute our materials.

7. Confidentiality

We keep what you share confidential per our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm or is required by law.

8. Conduct

We may decline or end service (acting reasonably) where there is abuse, unlawful conduct, or where coaching is clinically inappropriate and professional care is needed instead.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the services is limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights and guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be contracted out of; where we are permitted to limit liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs personal information and forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and the current version posted on our website.
